Highlights

The 4SiM consortium is up and running: the grant agreement has been signed and shared, while the partner agreement is being finalized to apply retroactively from 1 September. The Erasmus+ project page is live (ID: 2025-1-FI01-KA220-HED-000361927), and project manager recruitment drew 43 applications—four candidates will be interviewed next week, with the role expected to start in October. Funding will follow a 40–40–20 disbursement by the Finnish National Agency, which partners are advised to mirror.

Practical matters

We will introduce a monthly sprint review (time slot to be confirmed), confirm the collaboration platform (Teams or an alternative) and open a shared workspace. In parallel, we will plan the first in-person meeting, with location and date to follow.

Action points for September

September focuses on establishing project management routines and circulating the grant and partnership agreements for review. An invitation for the Team of Experts will be drafted and shared, with all partners proposing candidates. We will set up a SharePoint/Teams environment accessible to all members, launch a poll to fix the monthly meeting slot, and collect institutional logos for the website and materials.
