Expert Group Established to Support 4SiM Program Development

Highlights

dedicated group of experts from both industry and academia has been formally established within the 4SiM project. The group brings together expertise in lean production, safety, quality, and human factors, forming a structured advisory body to support program development.

The Expert Group will provide strategic and operational input to ensure that the factors embedded in the 4SiM program remain aligned with current and emerging industry practices, as well as with academic and policy perspectives.

Role within the project

The established group will support validation activities across relevant work packages by reviewing assumptions, contributing domain knowledge, and offering feedback on proposed methodologies and learning outcomes.

Expected impact

Through continuous engagement, the Expert Group will strengthen the relevance, applicability, and sustainability of the 4SiM program, ensuring that project outputs reflect real-world industrial needs and best practices.
