Highlights

Within WP2.1, the Team of Experts invitation letter (v2) has been finalized. The updated version now includes a clearly defined chapter describing expert roles, expected contributions, and interaction modalities, as well as the official EU emblem, ensuring full compliance with Erasmus+ visibility requirements.

Scope and composition

The Team of Experts will consist of 20 members in total, ensuring balanced input from practice and research. The confirmed structure includes 10 industry experts and 10 experts from other stakeholder groups (academia, public sector, and related ecosystems).

Implementation and next steps

Partner institutions will be invited to nominate at least four candidates each, enabling a quality-based selection process. A lighter contribution profile is foreseen for Spindox, in line with its defined role within WP2.1. Following nomination collection, the expert list will be consolidated and formal onboarding will be initiated.

Engagement of the Team of Experts will provide structured input on lean production, safety, quality, and human factors, directly supporting validation activities and ensuring alignment of the 4SiM program with current industry practices.
